Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date

Customers in Kanpur can also choose to pick up their orders directly from our warehouse:

Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your package arrives damaged:
- Please take clear photos of the damaged package and products
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mkmshams@gmail.com or 9580270146
- Provide your order number and photos
- We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
