1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return
- Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or partially consumed
- Products with damaged or broken seals
- Products returned beyond the 30-day window
- Products purchased during clearance or flash sales (unless defective)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
Step 3: Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address
Step 4: Pack the product securely in its original packaging
Step 5: Ship the product to our warehouse address (you will be responsible for return shipping costs)

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
- Inspection Period: We will inspect the product within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Notification: You will receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Processing Time: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Products returned with signs of use or damage not reported
- Missing parts, accessories, or packaging
- Products returned after the 30-day window (store credit may be offered instead)
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product
- Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Defective Products: If the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for products that are:
- Defective or damaged upon arrival
- The wrong product was shipped

8. Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged:

9. Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it
