3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return

Step 3: Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address

Step 4: Pack the product securely in its original packaging

Step 5: Ship the product to our warehouse address (you will be responsible for return shipping costs)

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • Inspection Period: We will inspect the product within 3-5 business days of receipt
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Processing Time: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

5. Partial Refunds
